The room was modern and I greatly enjoyed the stay for a quick business trip. All the staff was really good, fixed my issues. Location: the hotel was close to several restaurants, the "outskirts" of downtown, and the Catedral and centró histórico.

The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff and management were the true highlight of this place. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel’s design is beautiful, resembling a colonial house with modern touches. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a king-size bed and a rain shower. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and near the arcades. The restaurant was amazing, offering delicious meals and lovely desserts. the staff was extraordinary and went out of their way to meet our needs.

The hotel lacked certain essential amenities like a hairdryer, a safe box, and a mini-bar. The rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, and it was challenging to sleep early.
